MISSION
 
To recruit, train, and teach, creating special preparation for the development of the “ELITE” baseball players towards a commitment of excellence.  The perfection of physical and technical mechanics with an inspiration and strategy toward a goal that enriches their lives, their values, values of teamwork, sportsmanship and  relationships with their family, friends and their communities.  Building positive relationships, a healthy spirit, mind and body to become a complete extraordinary “ELITE” baseball player.

• Academy family:  The Elite American Baseball Academy (EABA) recognizes that the staff are the most valuable resource in accomplishing its mission, and is committed to the personal welfare and professional development of each athlete.  A concept of “family” is encouraged through healthy, supportive relationships among staff and organizational responsiveness to the players needs.  The active participation of staff at all levels of the players development is essential to the success of the player and the academy.
 
• Promotes Integrity: The academy firmly adheres to a set of values that promotes honesty, integrity, and hard work in the professional efforts of its staff to ensure public confidence in the Dominican Republic and in the United States of America of the prudent use of its allocated resources.
 
• Recognizes the dignity of all baseball players: Recognizing the inherent dignity of all baseball athletes and their potential to become a superior player.  The E. A. B. A. treats all baseball athletes fairly and responsively and affords them opportunities for self-improvement in their personal growth as well as the development of their game.
 
• High Standards: The E.A.B.A. requires a commitment to excellence.  To be willing to improve, and to be accept new concepts and training methods of techniques and disciplines which promote a physically and emotionally complete elite baseball player.
